Paper Submission
The WFCS2018 conference is seeking two kinds of submissions:
- Regular Papers
The WFCS2018 conference is seeking submissions of 8 to 10 double-column pages reporting on novel and significant contributions to the field of industrial communication systems.
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a pdf version of their papers through the WFCS2018 submission system. The submitted material (in English language) must be unpublished and not under review elsewhere. Submissions MUST include e-mail addresses and fax/phone numbers of the corresponding author. - Work-in-Progress (WIP) sessions
These sessions are intended for presentation of recent ideas and on-going works up to 4 double-column pages, describing research that has not yet produced the results required for a regular paper, but that due to its novelty and potential impact deserves to be shared with the community at an early stage. WIP submissions should be prepared according to the same guidelines as regular papers, and should be submitted through their own WIP electronic submission system.
Accepted WIP papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
Authors of accepted WiP paper will give the time for a short oral presentation at the WiP sessions.

PDF eXpress
All submissions MUST fully comply with the IEEE conference format. Use the IEEE PDF eXpress check to make sure of that compatibility. Accepted papers that fail that check or exceed the referred submission page limits will NOT be included in the WFCS2018 conference proceedings and IEEE eXplore database.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users:
Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Plagiarism And Infringements
Accepted papers are going to be included in the IEEE eXplore data base. That mandates the authors prepare their submissions observing the IEEE policies with respect to plagiarism, including self-plagiarism.

Please note that all papers submitted are going to be checked for plagiarism using IEEE automatic tools.
Papers which fail the check will NOT be considered for acceptance, and reported to IEEE Intellectual Property Rights office.
Copyright Information
IEEE policy requires that prior to publication all authors or their employers must transfer to the IEEE in writing any copyright they hold for their individual papers.Authors must place the appropriate copyright clearance code notice on the bottom of the first page of their papers according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding:

Completing Copyright Form
IEEE policy requires that prior to publication all authors or their employers must transfer to the IEEE in writing any copyright they hold for their individual papers.
Authors of accepted papers will receive an email from IEEE with instructions and link for the submission of the copyright forms.
